Inside Plunt.co – a modern nursery designed to grow more than just plants.

CO-FOUNDER OF PLUNT.CO
At Plunt.co, calm doesn’t just happen – it’s designed. Rows of leafy greens line clean wooden shelves; sunlight filters through the glass, bouncing gently off steel and clay. It’s a space that feels as if nature itself curated it. Founded by Jason and Rachel, Plunt.co began as a simple project during the pandemic. Back then, Jason was still running his creative agency, juggling client work and a growing passion for plants. What started as an online experiment soon grew – literally and figuratively into a physical space that now anchors a small but vibrant community of plant lovers.
“People can come in, feel at ease, and not feel obligated to purchase anything. That’s why we might be one of the only plant shops in Singapore that offers refreshments and snacks.”
Jason describes Plunt.co as more than a nursery. It’s a space built with intention. The goal was never to create a shop that rushed customers in and out, but one that encouraged people to slow down, browse, and stay awhile. Soft music hums in the background, the air smells faintly of soil, and there’s coffee and snacks on hand. Here, even kids and pets are welcome.
The shop transforms easily – a reflection of the flexibility built into its design. On non-retail days, the same calm space becomes a workshop studio, hosting hands-on sessions and creative projects. That’s where Nexen Power Track comes in.
“Our team is always on the go, so the flexibility provided by Nexen is a game changer. It adapts to our workflow instead of us having to adapt around messy wiring.”
For Jason, Nexen’s seamless system is as much a design choice as it is a practical one. It powers lights, tools, and display elements without cluttering the calm aesthetic he worked so hard to achieve.
At Plunt.co, design and functionality coexist effortlessly. Every shelf, surface, and socket has been thought through. Nexen’s sleek lines blend into the architecture, echoing the same design values that drive Jason’s brand: simplicity, intentionality, and quiet innovation.
The result is a space that doesn’t just showcase plants – it celebrates growth in all forms. Growth of creativity. Growth of community. Growth that happens quietly, beautifully, and with purpose.
“Nexen Power Track has small detail that makes a big difference to the shop – very similar to our philosophy here at Plunt.co.”
